1. Try sleeping on the left side

4. Keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature
During pregnancy your body tends to generate a lot of extra heat, so try to keep your bedroom at a cooler temperature so that you don’t start sweating at night. While the AC is on, keep an extra blanket near you, so that you can cover up if you feel cold in the middle of the night.
